Unless I'm totally wrong, I don't think the running "piano" bit was supposed to mean anything as much as show, along with everything else in that story, just how bad Howard's breakdown and disconnect with reality really was.

Great stuff. Easily one of the best issues of Gerber's run.

Thoom's pronunciation of the day: chi[chee] which referrs to the vital energy in your body. Not to be confused with chi[kahy] which is the 22nd letter in the greek alphabet.

Tim's a torrenting motherfucker. Who woulda known? It is hard to get exactly what you want with torrents, but if you have a program like utorrent, you can search for shit on the most popular torrent sites.

They used to have Comic Book torrent sites like ZcultFM, but that shit went down. Best guess is that Marvel and DC put a foot up their ass.

Searching for comic book torrents can't be as difficult as it is to search for obscure 80s porn, for sure.

Also, thanks, Tim, now I'm gonna hunt down pictures of Black Widow in that Incredible Hulk TV movie. I'm so fucking curious!

Jason Aaron on Ghost rider was a fun ride. Creating that greater history for Ghost Rider appealed to me a lot.

I think what people don't like about "convoy" is the fucking cheery chorus.

Yeah, it really was what the book needed after Daniel Way's fucking awful run. Aaron gave it a great grimy 70's exploitation feel. I'm digging Heaven's on Fire too.

Disney and Marvel together, I hope to see a Gizmo Duck vs Ironman special soon. Or the Incredibles meet the Fantastic Four.

They probably like using Black Widow in movies and TV cause she's easy and cheap to place as a character, all you need is a russian sounding actress in a tight black outfit.

TV Hulk sucked when compared to comic book Hulk, TV Hulk, couldn't jump up into the air, bullets hurt him, usually he showed up in time to runaway, and he was being chased around by a newspaper reporter. If they had called him Hyde instead I think I would have liked it better.

What are you talking about? You can be muscular and have a paunch. Look at any construction site.

However, TV Hulk fought ninjas. TV Hulk therefore rules. If TV Hulk had special effects to showcase his powers, I would have lost respect for it.

I take TV Hulk as alternate universe (hence the "David" Bruce Banner nonsense) and this hulk was basically in his infancy and wasn't able to become as strong and invulnerable as the Hulk we knew.

Um, Comic book Hulk has fought ninjas, he's even fought space ninjas.
