I haven't seen Confessions of a Superhero (no hulu here in Canada) yet I still enjoyed this episode.

Game Box sounds like a ripoff of Stay Alive. Is it from the same ghetto company who made Transmorphers and I Am Omega.

JD defending Palanski is no surprise especially when he stated on the Speed Racer episode that he'd bang young Trixie. I still bust out laughing when I listen to that episode.

The Lizard & Kraven would be good for the next Spider-Man. They've been building up Doc Connors throughout the past movies so it would make sense. And like you guys said, the hunting angle would be a perfect fit for Kraven. Only thing is, neither of them have close ties to New York. The only Spidey villain I can think of associated with NY is King Pin.

I think most people can relate to smuggling food into theatres (their prices are a rip). Though unlike JD, I only used to smuggle in small stuff like candy, not subway sandwiches and big macs. That's probably why he enjoyed Knowing so much, which I saw yesterday. Apart from the disaster set pieces, it was quite dull and unengaging.

That Deer Hunter trailer is so fuckin awful. James wasn't lying. That crap is so bad it seems like a parody. It's got to be one of the worst edited trailers ever. Reminds me of the "Don't" trailer from Grindhouse where the title pops up multiple times. The problem is, that was played for laughs and this is a genuine trailer. No wonder James laughed out snot when he watched that shit.

I really want to see Antichrist. It looks like a fucked up Lars Von Trier horror film and all the controversy from Cannes makes me want to see it even more. Here's hoping it's one of his good movies and not bullshit like Dancer in the Dark. That movie seriously sucked ass.

Okay Ax 'Em seems like one of those movies you watch with a bunch of friends and take the piss out of it. Sounds absolutely horrendous. Future viewing for sure.

Who wouldn't?

Most of Spiderman's villains live in New York City or came to NYC for a job. Electro, Mysterio, Rhino, Scorpion, Shocker, Tombstone, Vulture are a few examples. Most of Spiderman's fights are in New York so they must be associated in the city.

Take a bookbag to smuggle stuff in. Barely anyone ever questioned me on my bag. I just say coming from work or going to work afterwards, no concern of yours.

"Open doors?!" The little bit I've seen of that movie I think would make any casting director, mark those people as too unstable or too untalented. More like bordering up their doors.

I was under the impression that the producer meant that the villain would be synonymous with New York. That when you think of this villain, New York instantly comes to mind. Other wise, like you stated Xantes, almost all Spidey villains would be qualified under that criteria. So then what would be the point of making that quote in the first place. Unless that producer is a dumbass. Which is most likely the case.

Oh no, I wasn't talking about Cristina Ricci. She's hot. What I was referring to was the 10 year-old actress who played Trixie in the flash backs. If you haven't listened to that episode, you gotta go check it out. I especially like Tim's reaction when James exclaims his lust for the young actress.

Well she does look slutty and willing.

Then my vote is for the Vulture for flying thru the skyline, Rhino for tearing up the streets, Tombstone for his underground connections, Electro for blacking out "the city the never sleeps", And Mysterio for going after NYC's celebrities.

Can it be? Has the "God among insects" JD graced us with his presence?

>> ROMAN PALANSKI is the MAN!!!! In fact he even butt-screwed the owner of this site!!!! >>

Don't tell Kingslee though. He seems like the jealous type. ;)

And speaking of Palanski, has anyone seen "Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired". In it the girl who Palanski banged says that she's over the whole debacle. Sounds to me like the bitch wants seconds.
